Take Back Your Life

We tend to spend so much time blaming people or situations for our mess and frustrations even though they have moved on living life. It gets worse when we want them to hurt as bad as we were hurt, and they are moving through live as though nothing happened. No matter what someone has done or is doing to you, it cannot change who you are unless you allow it to.

We have to come to the realization that some people were able to hurt us because we allowed it. We have to face the truth of what part did we play in the pain we are feeling regardless of the source. This does not excuse anything.

Facing the truth is putting ourselves in a position to forgive ourselves for the parts we played and then in turn forgive the person involved.

It's hard to forgive when you can't see past the pain. But I promise you. If you can find the strength to forgive yourself and forgive them. You will become free.

There is no greater victory in a situation than moving on and being free regardless of what was done. Sometimes it is not about a person changing. It's about you are changing.

Even if that change means growing and moving on without the person or thing that caused whatever has occurred.

Let it go.

Remember before this you were full of dreams and visions. Let the pain go and allow healing to take place. Let them go and stop giving more space in your mind, body or spirit to the negativity they bring. Become free to find you.

Become free to Grow.

Grow through this, stop going through it. Stop focusing on what's not happening and start making something happen that changes your environment and mindset.

Not all mountains that block our path were built by others. Some mountains we built with our own bricks of despair, doubt, and negativity. Grow past your own mountains. Just as you built it. You have the strength to bring it down.

It is time to RISE and TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE. It is time to LIVE and find yourself again. RISE UP and keep moving forward.

Let go. Grow. Keep moving. Live. RISE. Change your mindset you change your life.
